She seeks to support a wholistic exploration of identified struggles, strengths, barriers, solutions, and opportunities towards achieving a balanced sense of functional well-being and mental health. Tracy works collaboratively with all individuals, utilizing a strengths-based approach, and she would be honored to join you on your journey.
Tracy was born and raised in rural Manitoba, surrounded, and immersed in the Agriculture Industry via the work of her parents, as well as through the farm families and friends she grew up with and lived alongside. Many of her most treasured memories include barn/shed gatherings, building bale forts, and exploring the southwestern MB fields with close friends. Admiring the beauty of blooming crops, tuning in to the seasonal sounds of calving, late night combining lights and dust, clanking anhydrous tankers, and the like, are all near and dear to her heart.
Tracy is grateful for the opportunity to be an identified Mental Health Connection for those seeking support, via the MB Farmer Wellness Program, and to be able to give back to those who hold her to her rural roots.
